Would Kinvara Omega Rich Hand & Nail Cream work for my husbands dry work hands?

However, Omega Rich Hand & Nail Cream is not recommended for use on chapped, irritated or damaged skin. With really dry, damaged skin on the hands we recommend applying the cream regularly in light layers regularly as opposed to one application of a lot of cream which we know some men do sometimes!
