Would Kinvara Eye Wow! help with dark circles which are hereditary?

Dark circles are easy to get and hard to get rid of but everyday application of Eye Wow! is designed to help reduce the appearance of dark circles. We have specifically chosen an extract of cedarwood (note this is not an essential oil but a specific component of cedarwood), that manufacturers study has shown helps reduce the appearance of dark circles in a number of ways the most important of which is its ability to help regulate blood circulation which in turn helps reduce red and blue tones associated with dark circles and water retention (or oedema) associated with puffy eyes.
